Immerse Yourself in Luxury and Nature, Simultaneously!

Taverner Ridge Master Plan

Upon arrival at Taverner Ridge, you’ll note the beautifully designed and well maintained landscaping with artful touches all around.  You’ll gain a sense of security and note the exclusivity created by the decorative brick wall topped with classic wrought iron fencing.  Open pedestrian pathways invite you to explore and meet other members of the Taverner Ridge Community.

And Taverner Ridge’s multiple pathways will also lead you through the eighty-seven acres of open natural space.  Here you’ll find the Great Blue Herons, Taverner Geese, Sandhill Cranes and the host of other wildlife that inhabit this lush and natural corner of the Great Northwest.

Taverner Ridge rises some two hundred feet above the mighty Columbia River and the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge and lies on the West side of the community.  The refuge’s entrance road passes through the community.

Taverner Ridge’s small town atmosphere, nestled into an area rich with natural landscapes and wildlife, allows for the kind of lifestyle many city dwellers can only dream about.  And yet there are the urban amenities conveniently close, but far enough away to not intrude on this little bit of heaven.

And yet there’s even more to appreciate.  Taverner Ridge homes enjoy varied views of the Columbia River, as well as three majestic Cascade Mountains: Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams.  Fish, boat, hike, jog, bird watch or just kick back on your strategically positioned outdoor living areas and take it all in.

Taverner Ridge allows for the perfect balance between the conveniences of modern life and the proximity to nature that is so profoundly pleasing to the human spirit.  Few places on earth embody such a stunning combination in such contrast.  One truly has to see it to experience how wonderful the Taverner Ridge lifestyle can be.
