Our house made gluten-free shortbread crust is baked to a buttery perfection. Our signature white chocolate strawberry silk has mashed strawberries thoughout. The strawberry silk is topped with our white chocolate passion fruit mousse and finished with strawberry glaze. The glaze is shipped in a separate container so you can place it on the top of the dessert just before serving. If you are picking up at the bakery we will either put the glaze on for you or you can take it with you and do it at the time of serving. Please choose from the drop down menu.
